Absolute Beginners' Classes for Adults
Our popular Absolute Beginners' Class covers all kinds of dances from Rumba to Tango, Foxtrot to Jive. A new course starts every term and you don't need a partner - just reserve your place and dance the night away!
Classes are now open to couples and solos!
Those coming without a partner may choose to learn their steps solo or may have one fixed partner per class if they prefer.

Adult Ballet Classes
Our Saturday "open" Ballet class is ideal for anyone wishing to improve their poise and posture, tone up and gain flexibility in a fun and expressive way. All ages are welcome.

Second Stage and Improvers Ballroom and Latin Classes for Adults
Once our students have been dancing for about a year, they are then invited to join the "Second Stage" class where we focus on slightly more challenging steps and study the technique in more detail. This class is also open to those who have danced before and may not need to start at beginner level.

Our Ballroom and Latin Improvers class caters for more experienced dancers who have a good understanding of technique and wish to learn interesting variations as well as working on posture, poise and movement. Some of our Improvers work towards medal tests and competitions whilst others simply enjoy the social opportunities regular dancing brings.
